Welcome to Soshi ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Soshi's services ("Service"), you ("user" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use following any update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service legally, ethically, and responsibly.

  • Not misuse, spam, conduct illegal activities, or attempt to abuse bots or automated systems outside Soshi's intended functionality.

  • Follow platform guidelines provided by X.com (Twitter).

3. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

  • If you choose to share your X (Twitter) password or verification credentials with us, you explicitly authorize Soshi to access and act on your X.com account on your behalf.

  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or breach of your account.

4. Service Description & Limits

Soshi provides an AI-powered service designed to:

  • Log in to your X.com account (with your explicit authorization).

  • Search for relevant tweets and generate suggested replies.

  • Allow you to view, edit, approve, or reject these generated replies.

  • Post approved replies on your behalf.

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, specific performance, outcomes, or the effectiveness of our Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Soshi retains ownership of the Service, including all related software, technologies, algorithms, and user interfaces.

  • You retain ownership of your content, including approved or modified replies posted to X.com.

  • You grant Soshi a limited, royalty-free license to access, process, and use your content solely to provide the Service.

  • Generated content by Soshi’s AI is provided to you under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for your personal or business use.

6. Liability Limitation

  • Soshi is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

  • We are specifically not liable if X.com suspends, bans, or penalizes your account due to your use of our Service.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the last twelve months.

7. Termination Clause

  • User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

  • Soshi Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
